Listening to Your Inner Voice

I love this cartoon and thanks to Debbie Ridpath for illustrating what every writer goes through.  Inspiration can come from so many sources.  It can get overwhelming at times.  There are so many things to do and it’s easy to miss the most important one…writing!

The same can be true for life.  Are you inspired to do something but don’t know where to start?  Seeking out help from outside sources is a great idea.  I totally recommend it.  Remember to also listen to your inner voice.

Your inner voice is the little birdy in the cartoon.  What is it whispering in your ear?  Whatever it may be, follow it.  It is your soul talking.  It starts out as a whisper and then if it does not feel you are listening, it may yell in your ear. 😉

    1. It’s always within you, Dave. You have to be still to hear it. Have you ever tried meditation? I sometimes find the best times to hear my inner voice is when I am on my walk. Let me know if you need some pointers.

Have an inspired day and remember to smile! 😀
