I’m a big believer in positive thinking. For the past five years, I’ve worked hard to shut out negative thoughts. Trust me, it’s not easy, especially this week.
I’ve been dealing with a lot… and it’s only Tuesday morning. I woke up this morning feeling tired and a little low. As I was getting breakfast ready, I did a little meditation. I focused on the positive blessings in my life and my perspective shifted from negative to positive. Now, I’m ready to tackle whatever life throws at me.
Thinking positive thoughts will always empower you! Do it enough and it will change your life!
Every day, when faced with negative thoughts/moments/people, meditate on five positive thoughts. You’ll switch from negative to positive and soon see how powerful positivism is.
